One of our values at Open Circle is treating ordinary occurrences as something to celebrate. That’s why we have packages to accommodate everything from a weekly office pick me up or monthly gathering with friends to major milestones like weddings and baby showers.
Group Ordering & Delivery

With this service Open Circle allows each person in your group to individually order their drinks off of our delivery menu for free delivery straight to you on a predetermined delivery date. We use an ordering website for our delivery orders so that everyone in your group is able to customize their own order! This could be a one time delivery for your book club, a weekly delivery as a pick-me-up for your staff, or a delivery for your monthly office meeting!

Our delivery menu includes Lattes, Red Bull Refreshers, and our Signature Sips. These drinks are all hand crafted by us using only fresh and real ingredients. We have a year-round menu as well as seasonal menus, so there is always something new popping up on our menu!

Payment for our delivery services can work one of two ways:
Each person may place their own order using our ordering website, allowing them to customize and pay for their own beverage.
The group organizer may collect orders and send them to Open Circle, and we will send you an invoice to pay for all of the drinks.
Our drinks are approximately $7 each. We do not charge a delivery fee or service fees, however we do have an order minimum of $100 to qualify for our free delivery service. This minimum can usually be pretty easily met by a group of 10 or more as collected taxes and tips are included in the $100 minimum! If your order does not reach $100, the organizer will be invoiced for a service fee to round the total up to $100.

For all of our bartending packages, we will provide everything you need for your bar, including cups, straws, napkins, ice, basic garnishes, fresh juices, and house-made syrups. Every package includes 3 hours of bartending service plus one hour before and after the event for set up and clean up.
Given the laws in Oklahoma, Open Circle does NOT purchase/provide alcohol. The customer will purchase the alcohol, remain the owner of the alcohol, and go home with any remaining alcohol at the end of your event.
Our bartenders are licensed for events and Open Circle is fully insured.

We offer beer and wine service, as well as cocktails and mocktails. For these we use hand crafted syrups and mixers to ensure elevated cocktails and that your mocktail experience feels like more than just drinking juice.
For all of our bartending packages, we will work with you to create a curated menu of drinks to fit the tastes of you and your guests instead of a bar without a menu, leaving your guests lost at what to order. Since Open Circle cannot legally purchase the alcohol for your event, we’ll also help coordinate your purchase of alcohol so that you don’t have to guess what or how much to buy.

All of our packages include everything you’ll need for your bar aside from the alcohol because we cannot legally provide it in Oklahoma. We include the basics and have plenty of customization options so that you can tailor your service to exactly what you want/need, without paying extra for things like ice and cups which are essential to your bar.

Bartending Service
Menu Curation/ Drink Drop Off

Perfect for small gatherings that don’t need bartending service, but still want to serve hand crafted cocktails and/or mocktails without shaking drinks all night long!
We take into account your event’s theme and guest count and collaborate with you to create a menu tailored to the tastes of you and your guests. We hand craft a batch of each drink according to your guest count and drop it off at your door the day of the event! If you choose to make your drinks cocktails instead of mocktails, in Oklahoma, we cannot legally provide you with alcohol, however we will provide you a shopping list so that you know what to buy, and each batch will include detailed instructions on how much of which spirits to add! After this, your drinks will be ready to pour.

All packages include: consultation for drink selection and recommendation, batched cocktails/mocktails, cups, and straws, and day of drop off.
Customization options include: ice, garnishes, custom menu signage, and drink station set up.

Up to 10 people: $100
Up to 15 people: $150
Up to 25 people: $250
Up to 50 people: $500
More than 50 people: we recommend bartending service.
(Each of our packages are priced assuming a 3 hour gathering with 3 drinks per person)
Event Pop-Ups

Open Circle offers a variety of non-alcoholic drink pop ups for events such as school PTA events, bridal showers, holiday parties, birthday parties, corporate/office events, business grand openings, networking events, etc.

Our non-alcoholic beverage pop-up options include services like coffee bars (we are equipped with two espresso machines), dirty sodas, energy refreshers, signature sips, mocktails, lemonades, teas, hot cocoa. Whatever beverage you can imagine at your event, we can make happen.

Depending on the event size and type, our pop-ups can either be booked for individual drink sales or “open bar” style where the organizer pays up front for guests drinks.
Better for large community events; our individual sales beverages range from $4-7 per drink.
Please inquire if you would like a customized package price for boutique events with an “open bar” style as the cost of this will largely depend on the guest count, style of the event, and beverages being served.
